ကျွန်တော် Aeneas မဟုတ်၊ Paul လည်းမဟုတ်။
Myself I deem not worthy, and none else Will deem me.
ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် တန်ဖိုးရှိသည်ဟု မထင်မိ၊ တစ်ပါးသူမျှလည်း ထိုသို့မထင်ကြပေ။
I, if on this voyage then I venture, fear it will in folly end.
ကျွန်တော်သည် ဤခရီးစဉ်တွင် စွန့်စားမည်ဆိုလျှင်၊ မိုက်မဲမှုဖြင့် အဆုံးသတ်မည်ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့မိ၏။
Thou, who art wise, better my meaning know'st, Than I can speak."

"Thy soul is by vile fear assail'd, which oft So overcasts a man, that he recoils From noblest resolution, like a beast At some false semblance in the twilight gloom.
