So he asked again after Whiteland, and the man called all the birds with a blast of his horn, and asked if any of them knew where Whiteland lay; but none of the birds knew.

그래서 그는 다시 화이트랜드에 대해 물었고, 그 남자는 뿔피리를 힘차게 불어 모든 새들을 불러 모아 그들 중 누가 화이트랜드가 어디에 있는지 아는지 물었지만, 아무 새도 알지 못했습니다.

Now, long, long after the rest of the birds came an old eagle, which had been away ten round years, but he couldn't tell any more than the rest.

그런데, 나머지 새들이 온 지 한참 뒤에 늙은 독수리 한 마리가 왔는데, 그 독수리는 꼬박 십 년 동안 멀리 떠나 있었지만, 다른 새들보다 더 많이 알고 있지는 않았습니다.

The King was full of thanks, got on the shoes, and when he came to the man who was lord over the fish of the sea, he turned the toes round, and so off they went home like the other pair.

왕은 감사의 말을 거듭하며 눈신을 신었고, 바다의 물고기를 다스리는 주인에게 이르렀을 때 앞코를 돌렸고, 그러자 눈신들은 다른 켤레처럼 집으로 돌아갔습니다.

After that, he asked again after Whiteland.

그 후, 그는 다시 화이트랜드에 대해 물었습니다.

So the man called the fish with a blast, but no fish could tell where it lay.

At last came an old pike, which they had great work to call home, he was such a way off.
