Por eso, después de haber puesto a prueba el valor de nuestro ideal más noble —el del Salvador— a la luz de las nuevas valoraciones, el poeta exclama con apasionado énfasis en 'Zaratustra':
That is why, after having tested the worth of our noblest ideal—that of the Saviour, in the light of the new valuations, the poet cries with passionate emphasis in "Zarathustra":

La expresión 'la crianza del Superhombre' ha sido muy frecuentemente malinterpretada.
The phrase "the rearing of the Superman," has very often been misunderstood.
Con la palabra 'crianza', en este caso, se entiende el acto de modificar mediante valores nuevos y más elevados —valores que, como leyes y guías de conducta y opinión, han de regir ahora sobre la humanidad.
By the word "rearing," in this case, is meant the act of modifying by means of new and higher values—values which, as laws and guides of conduct and opinion, are now to rule over mankind.
